Photo Picker ("the app") is a private, personal-use tool. By using it, you agree to the following:
The app lets approved users select photos from Google Photos and upload them to a Dragon Touch digital calendar device. It is provided for personal, non-commercial use by its approved users only.
Access is restricted to a small, explicitly approved list of Google accounts. The app owner may add, remove, or change approved accounts at any time.
The app is provided "as is", with no guarantee of uptime, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose. It relies on unofficial, reverse-engineered access to a third-party service (Dragon Touch's eCalendar backend), which may change or break without notice.
Don't use the app to upload content you don't have the right to use, or in any way that violates Google's or Dragon Touch's own terms of service for their respective platforms.
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
