Privacy Policy

Photo Picker ("the app") is a private tool that lets a small, fixed list of approved users select photos from their own Google Photos library and upload them to a Dragon Touch digital calendar. It is not a public service and is not available to the general public.

What we access

• Your Google account email, obtained via Google Sign-In, used only to check you're on the approved list of users allowed to use the app.
• Photos you explicitly select via the Google Photos Picker. The app never has access to your photo library beyond the specific items you choose to select in each session.

What we do with it

Selected photos are downloaded, converted to a compatible image format, and uploaded directly to the Dragon Touch calendar device/account configured for this app. Your email is used only for sign-in authorisation and is not stored beyond your active session.

What we don't do

• We don't store copies of your photos on our server after upload.
• We don't share your data with any third party other than the Dragon Touch/eCalendar service the photos are uploaded to, which is the whole point of the app.
• We don't use your data for advertising, analytics, or any purpose other than the photo-upload function described above.

Access control

Only a small, explicitly approved list of Google accounts can sign in to this app. Anyone else attempting to sign in is rejected.
